Altitude Training gives you practical tools each week to elevate your leadership in 30 minutes or less. This is a cohort format to both increase engagement and learning, as well as, keep costs down! We will leverage GiANT Worldwide core tools (5 Voices, 5 Gears, Support/Challenge Matrix). To become a leader worth following and one that increases influence, we have to know ourselves to better lead ourselves. From there we must know others to lead others.

This course includes two monthly video calls, online videos and training material, and an on-call certified coach between sessions.
